    All-on-4® - a modern and effective method

    The uniqueness of this method lies in the strategic placement of the implants in the jawbone or mandible, which allows for an even distribution of chewing forces, even with significant bone deficiencies. The two front implants are placed vertically, while the two rear implants are placed at an angle, increasing structural stability and minimizing the need for additional bone augmentation procedures. This innovative approach makes All-on-4® accessible even to patients with bone atrophy who were previously condemned to removable prostheses or costly bone grafts. In such cases, it is also possible to use zygomatic implants, which are fixed in the zygomatic bones, completely eliminating the problem of insufficient bone in the jaw.

    The All-on-4® method is an innovative, permanent and comfortable solution for those struggling with complete edentulousness or requiring the removal of all teeth. With precise technology, aesthetic results and an immediate improvement in quality of life, All-on-4® allows patients to regain their confidence and enjoy full oral function on a daily basis.

    One of the key advantages of the All-on-4® method is the speed of treatment. In just one surgical procedure, implants are placed in the patient, and on the same day a temporary, aesthetic and functional prosthesis is placed. As a result, the patient is not left without teeth for a single day, which significantly affects his psychological and social comfort. After a healing period, which usually lasts from 4 to 6 months depending on the location of the implants, the patient receives a final, permanent prosthetic restoration. This restoration is lightweight, aesthetically pleasing and extremely durable thanks to a metal core covered with high-quality veneering material, which distinguishes it from traditional dentures made entirely of acrylic.

    The All-on-4® method also brings great functional benefits. Prosthetic restoration allows to regain almost full chewing power – patients experience only about 20% loss of strength compared to natural teeth, which is incomparably better than with traditional dentures, where the loss reaches as much as 70%. In addition, the absence of an artificial palate provides full freedom of taste and speech comfort. This allows patients to enjoy their favorite foods without worrying about denture shifting or discomfort.

    The cost of All-on-4® treatment consists of two stages: surgical and prosthetic. The price of the surgical part starts at PLN 18,000, but the final cost depends on the number of implants placed and the type of material used for prosthetic work. Compared to single implants, a comprehensive restoration of the entire dental arch on 4-6 implants proves to be a more economical solution, allowing the restoration of up to 14 teeth. Although the price may seem high at first, most patients emphasize that the only thing they regret is that they didn’t opt for the procedure sooner.
