Customized implants not only provide a natural-looking restoration, but also eliminate the need for invasive procedures such as bone grafting or sinus lift. Thanks to their precise design and manufacture in medical grade titanium, these implants guarantee durability, comfort and a quick treatment process.
Our mission is to help patients in even the most complicated cases, where other offices have not been able to offer effective help. Thanks to a wide range of advanced procedures and modern technologies, such as custom subperiosteal implants, we are able to restore a beautiful smile and full oral function even in conditions of extreme bone loss. We treat each case individually, providing solutions tailored to the patient’s needs and guaranteeing the highest quality of treatment.
Custom implants are used in cases where traditional implant methods are impossible or not recommended due to significant bone loss in the jaw or mandible. These types of implants are an ideal solution in situations where the patient does not have enough bone for standard intramedullary implants and the use of alternative procedures such as bone grafting, sinus lift or guided tissue regeneration (GBR) is associated with high risk, long treatment time or uncomfortable conditions. Custom implants are designed specifically for each patient and attached directly to the cortical layer of the bone, thus bypassing anatomical constraints.
The most common indications for custom implants are complete or partial alveolar atrophy resulting from long-term edentulousness, trauma, periodontal disease or systemic factors such as osteoporosis. In addition, custom implants are often used in patients with chronic sinus problems (e.g., polyposis, sinusitis) that prevent traditional procedures such as sinus lifts. Their use is also justified in cases where the patient is looking for a minimally invasive solution that allows for the rapid placement of a permanent implant, often within days of implant placement. Thanks to their precise fit and advanced manufacturing technologies, custom implants offer an effective, durable and comfortable solution for even the most difficult cases.
Custom implants are advanced, precision-engineered titanium structuresattached to the cortical layer of bone, used in cases of significant bone loss. Unlike traditional intramedullary implants, they are embedded between bone and gum, allowing them to be used even in difficult anatomical conditions, without the need for invasive pre-implant procedures such as bone grafting.
Custom implants offer exceptional precision through individual CAD/CAM design and 3D printers, ensuring a perfect fit to the patient’s anatomical conditions. They are characterized by minimal invasiveness, eliminating the need for extensive surgical procedures, as well as a rapid treatment process, allowing a permanent prosthetic restoration to be placed in as little as a few days. In addition, they guarantee aesthetics, durability and comfort, restoring full oral function.
The process begins with a detailed diagnosis, including a 3D computed tomography (CBCT) scan and the creation of models of the jaw and mandible. The implant is then designed using CAD/CAM technology and fabricated from medical-grade titanium using a 3D printer. The one-phase surgical procedure allows for stable attachment of the implant to the cortical layer of the bone, and a permanent prosthetic restoration can be placed shortly after the procedure. Regular follow-up visits and oral hygiene ensure the long-term success of the treatment.
Consultation and diagnosisThe treatment process begins with a consultation and detailed planning. The dentist assesses the health of the patient's mouth and bones using imaging studies such as X-rays or CT scans.
Treatment planA detailed treatment schedule for individual implants in the proprietary Focus System procedure. The coordination of treatment is supervised by the patient's caregiver.
TreatmentTreatment is carried out by one of 3 teams of implant surgeons who have more than 3,000 successful implant-prosthetic procedures to their credit.
