Implant-supported dentures at focus clinic

Our clinic offers a modern and advanced prosthetic solution in the form of implant-supported dentures for people with partial or total tooth loss. By using dental implants as stable pillars, these dentures provide not only an aesthetic appearance, but also full bite functionality and comfort.

Restoration of all teeth

Prosthesis on implants - advantages of the solution

Implant-supported dent ures are advanced prosthetic restorations that offer patients exceptional stability and comfort. They can be made in removable or fixed versions, depending on the individual needs and preferences of the patient. The implants on which the dentures are placed are surgically inserted into the jawbone or jawbone and act as stable foundations that eliminate problems with denture shifting. With this solution, patients regain a natural feel when eating, speaking or using them on a daily basis. Implant-stabilized removable dentures are attached to special attachments or beams and can be easily removed, making them easy to clean. Fixed dentures, on the other hand, are permanently attached to the implants, allowing maximum comfort and providing an effect similar to natural teeth.

The main advantage of implant-supported dent ures is their unparalleled stability and durability, making them more functional than traditional dentures. Implants provide a firm anchorage, eliminating the discomfort associated with denture mobility, which significantly improves the patient’s quality of life. In addition, implant-supported dentures are custom-designed to reflect the natural appearance of the teeth, ensuring aesthetics and fit to the patient’s face. This solution not only restores full bite function, but also improves self-confidence, offering patients a beautiful, healthy smile.

Implant-based dent ures are a reliable and modern solution for people who have lost their natural dentition for various reasons. Unlike removable dentures, it is permanently fixed in the mouth, so patients can enjoy a beautiful, natural smile for years. Why are implant-supported dentures better than classic removable dentures? Learn about their advantages and see the benefits!

Advantages of implant dentures

Until recently, patients struggling with missing teeth or complete toothlessness were forced to use clumsy dentures or bridges that significantly compromised the structures of neighboring teeth. Modern implantology has found the gold standard of treatment – complete dentures with implants that guarantee:

  • Natural reproduction of the smile – the lack of visible fasteners and high-quality materials of implant-supported dentures make the solution perfectly reflect the natural color of tooth tissue. Translucency (light transmission rate) completes the whole effect,
  • high comfort of use – thanks to full stability in the mouth, the patient does not have to worry about the risk of the denture coming loose or falling out. There is also no need for fixing glue,
  • Full oral functionality – implant-based dentures do not have elements blocking the palate, so they do not interfere with taste sensation. What’s more, users of fixed dentures can bite and chew hard foods without any obstacles. In comparison, in the case of removable restorations, these possibilities reach only 25%,
  • Bone tissue health – implants behave in the same way as natural tooth roots, so they ensure very good jawbone health and prevent bone atrophy,
  • guarantee of self-confidence and better well-being – smile aesthetics have a positive impact on improving self-esteem,
  • Durability for years – implant-supported dentures with proper hygiene and care are lifetime solutions.

Implant-supported dentures - questions and answers

Implant-supported dentures are dental restorations stabilized on dental implants, which act as the roots of teeth. They can be mobile (stabilized on abutments) or fixed (permanently attached to implants).

This solution is suitable for people with partial or complete tooth loss who want to improve comfort, function and aesthetics, and who have enough bone for implants.

The number of implants depends on the type of denture and the patient’s individual conditions. Typically, 2-4 implants are required for a removable denture, while a fixed denture usually requires 4-6 implants per jaw.

Prosthetic solutions
for every patient

Missing teeth, both partial and complete, can significantly affect the comfort of life, aesthetics of the smile and oral health. At our clinic, we offer modern prosthetic solutions, such as dentures attached to 2, 4 or 6 implants. Thanks to the latest technologies, including systems All-on-4® i All-on-6, we are able to restore full oral function even in the most difficult cases.

Denture on 2 implants

Two-implant dentures are an ideal solution for patients seeking the stability of a traditional removable denture. With this technology, the denture is seated on two strategically placed implants using special clasps or attachments. This allows the denture to stay in place while eating, speaking or smiling, eliminating the problem of shifting and loosening. It’s a cost-effective option that significantly improves the patient’s quality of life, providing comfort and greater confidence.

Prosthesis on 4 implants – All-on-4®

The All-on-4® system is an advanced technology that allows the restoration of a full arch of teeth on four implants. It is an ideal solution for patients with complete edentulousness who want to avoid wearing removable dentures. The implants are placed in strategic locations in the jawbone or mandible, allowing for even load distribution and high stability.

The biggest advantage of the All-on-4® method is that a temporary denture can be made on the day of the procedure, which means that the patient is not without teeth for even a moment. The final work, seated after the healing process is complete, is durable, aesthetically pleasing and functional. The All-on-4® system eliminates the need for bone grafts in most cases, making it a less invasive and more comfortable solution.

Prosthesis on 6 implants – All-on-6

For patients who require even greater stability and durability, we offer dentures based on six implants with all-on-6 technology, a solution recommended for higher masticatory loads or when anatomical conditions allow the placement of additional implants.

The All-on-6 method allows for even more even distribution of the forces acting on the implants, which increases the durability of the prosthetic restoration. Thanks to the use of six implants, the prosthesis can be smaller, which translates into greater wearing comfort and a better aesthetic effect. Patients using this technology gain confidence that their smile not only looks natural, but also functions just like natural teeth.
